Purchase Terms
All ticket and sponsorship purchases are final. If your plans change, we’re happy to assist where possible by helping connect you with another guest or organization who may wish to take over your tickets or package.
Weather Policy
The Gems Cup is a summer outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. Adjustments may be made to weather-dependent components to ensure guest safety and experience. Certain activities, including show jumping, may be modified or paused if field conditions are unsafe for the horses.
