The Gems Cup is a premier charity show jumping event blending world-class sport, elevated hospitality, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
Guests enjoy field-side competition, VIP experiences, Scotch & Cigar Tent, curated food & beverage activations, live music, silent auction, and an on-site after-party — all in one unforgettable summer day.
Approximately 400 guests attend, including business leaders, philanthropists, equestrian enthusiasts, fashion lovers, & community supporters.

Why It Matters
Every dollar raised supports GEMS Charity — a Calgary-based, nationally registered charity focused on ending the cycle of domestic abuse through economic recovery and survivor empowerment.
Guests are invited to bring gently used jewelry to The Gems Cup in support of GEMS’ founding initiative. Each piece is carefully cleaned, thoughtfully repackaged, and gifted to women’s shelters during the holiday season.
This is where experience meets impact.
In just two years, The Gems Cup has grown from $20,000 to $50,000 raised annually — driven by partners and guests committed to meaningful change.
We’re also supported by our GEMS Ambassadors and a dedicated community of volunteers who help bring The Gems Cup to life.
