The Gems Cup is a premier charity show jumping event blending world-class sport, elevated hospitality, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
Guests enjoy field-side competition, VIP lounges and dining, Prosecco & Wine Bar, Scotch & Cigar Tent, curated food experiences, live music, silent auction, partner activations, and an elegant on-site after-party — all in one unforgettable summer day.
Approximately 400 guests attend, including business leaders, philanthropists, equestrian enthusiasts, fashion lovers, and community supporters.

Every dollar raised supports GEMS Charity — a Calgary-based, nationally registered charity focused on ending the cycle of domestic abuse through economic recovery and survivor empowerment.
Through scholarships, Hope’s Cradle, ambassador programming, and practical supports, GEMS helps women and children move toward safety, stability, and independence.

In just two years, The Gems Cup has grown from $20,000 to $50,000 raised annually — driven by partners and guests committed to meaningful change.
We’re also supported by our GEMS Ambassadors and a dedicated community of volunteers who help bring The Gems Cup to life.
